Our Mini-Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the Wildnerness Lodge indoor water park in Pigeon Forge this weekend. It was nice to put bathing suits on and get some sun!! It was warm and sunny the whole time....indoors that is. It was windy and 32 degrees outside. After spending 2 days at the water park we went sight seeing and playing in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had a fantastic time....until the drive home. There was a wreck that happened right in front of us so Jeremy stopped to make sure everyone was ok. Well, about 30 seconds later we heard a loud SCREECH and we were rear ended by an Altima. We only felt a slight bump, but the Altima will probably be totaled and 3 of the 5 people were taken away in an ambulance. Thank God for a big sturdy truck. I will NEVER drive a car again. Our boys were completely unharmed and barely felt a thing. Cohen was only upset that his headphones fell off--he just kept watching his DVD!!! So we were fine, and I hope the other people are ok. They were going TOO TOO fast and not paying attention. The TN trooper said the skid marks were 140 ft!!!!! He said he could have killed someone.
Other than the wreck, we had a BLAST and are planning a trip to go back..maybe this fall!
